  First time at this place, as soon as my husband and I walk in, we are greeted by super friendly staff. My husband went in for EM surgery to get a tooth pulled. They took great care of him.

  Professional. Educational. Genuine. Superior patient handling. Courteous. Exceptional staff. As a new patient I was expecting to be signing paperwork first thing. However, I was pleasantly surprised with a tour of the facility (which includes a snack area and kids play room - BONUS!). I was taken to a private room to sign my paperwork and was AGAIN blown away by the fantastic conversation with the receptionist when she sat down at the table with me - not sitting behind a desk but sitting in conversation with me - discussing (not lecturing) what services I was to receive and their value (and also which ones were GIFTS to me). Then both the DOCTOR and her ASSISTANT entered the room and sat down at the table to meet me. They asked questions and actively listened to my answers. They were smiling and friendly and compassionate. They listened with intent because they really loved their jobs and their patients. Outstanding! Even the woman who handled billing and insurance was courteous, efficient, and above and beyond her job (she could have easily pawned the work off to me or made me frustrated but she never gave up trying to contact my insurance). At each stage of my dental treatment things were explained to me and I didn't feel rushed (which is amazing because I know the insurance issues must have put their schedule behind). I even tried to joke around with the assistant saying "I know how it is to have an appointment run late - it drives me mad." The assistant smiled sweetly and said, "It's really no problem." She never broke professionalism and never broke her smile while we waited for the insurance issue to straighten out. I never once felt lost in the process wondering what was next. These people work hard and love it. I spoke with several people in the waiting room who were just as cheery and happy to be receiving dental work from this company. Five-star service! Great job, ladies! Oh, and they have massaging exam/dental chairs while you are being treated!
