- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have been going to Suffolk Pediatrics for several years. The providers are excellent but trying to get an appointment or any help from the office staff is like pulling teeth. We have seen several providers at Suffolk Peds over the years as they come and go, but today I was asked to sign a waiver stating I would pay if there was any problem with the insurance coverage ($206 charge) since our provider was no longer there. They could have mentioned this when we made the appointment, but instead they waited until we showed for the appointment and wanted a waiver signed. I did not have enough confidence that the office staff could file the paper work properly so we left. I will request another provider, but it will not be at Suffolk Pediatrics because of their inept office staff.July 19, 2017by Jamie Brockwell
