- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr Jackson, he is patient and compassionate, however Sentara has destroyed his practice. The phones no longer go to a real person at all. No matter how urgent the situation you have to leave a message and hope that someone calls you back. Right now the Sentara IV pharmacy has been waiting for a return call for three days after leaving messages each day about an order that was supposed to already be sent. Even within their own company, Sentara just can't get it right. I feel really bad for the staff because this used to be a great practice and you could tell everyone loved their jobs, now it is sad, everyone is overworked and they seem miserable.March 30, 2017by Natalie Jones
