- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Lassen did an excellent job for me. His diagnosis was "spot on" from the very beginning. He took his time, explaining in detail what was wrong with my ear and exactly what was necessary to fix it. He told me what to expect from the surgery and again he was right. He was patient and answered my questions in a way I understood, without talking "down" to me. During each of my visits, Dr. Lassen took his time and never rushed through the exam. It's been 3 months since my surgey and I'm very satisfied with the results. His office staff, Gloria and Tracey were also quite pleasant and professional.
