- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service recently was extremely understaffed and slow. The nurse practitioner was distracted, uninvolved, and unprofessional. They treated me like a drive thru or 7-11 customer...in and out. No bedside manner and no resolution, just a bunch of guesses and maybes......I could have done that myself. Wow, just wow. I was highly surprised and disappointed because past experiences were better. I will go to Patient First if I want the fast pace "convenience store" treatment.
